WHEN YOU LIVE IN BERLIN

Hi! So I guess it’s a good time to do some submission guidelines.

Basically, it’s really easy, just hit “submit” at the top of the blog.

From there, you can send me a gif file (uploaded from your computer or link on the web are both fine).

NB. Please send me the link to the image, rather than the link to the post/webpage it’s on. That means the address bar of your browser will end in .gif

I prefer it if you use the text post option if possible. Put what the post’s about (“When you…”) in the “Title” box. If you want/don’t want me to credit you (blog, twitter handle, whatever), just let me know. I’m more than happy to do so.

A few extra things:

1. Gif + title please. It’s really nice when people send me gifs without titles, but it’s hard for me to have time to think of something for all of them. If you have any rough idea what you think I could use it for, please include it! 

2. It must move. Sorry, but I only do moving things. Static images are for dweebs. FACT.

3. Don’t be a dick. I can’t believe I’m even saying this, but I’m not posting anything racist, sexist, homophobic, disablist or any other brand of fucking offensive. 

4. Be different. Look at what I’ve already posted - if you can do something completely original I haven’t seen before I will pretty much definitely post it.

5. It should be about Berlin. There are other websites that do more general “when you…” things. I’m really looking for things that are unique to this city.

6. BE FUNNY. Like, duh.
